Nasdaq PHLX Modifies Rules Pertaining to FBMS and Floor Procedures

Effective immediately, the current Floor Broker Management System is renamed Floor Based Management System (FBMS). Beginning August 17, 2018, all members that operate on the Exchange Floor, including Registered Options Traders (ROTs) and Specialists, will be required to enter and submit all Floor-based trades using FBMS.

FBMS will be available to ROTs and Specialists to use beginning July 24, 2018.

Training is available to ROTs and Specialists in advance of the mandatory date of August 17, 2018.
