Nasdaq ISE Exclusion of Trading Day from Tier Calculations

Nasdaq ISE (ISE) experienced a system event which caused the market to not be open for several hours on December 3, 2019. Pursuant to Options 7, Section 1, trading for December 3, 2019 will be excluded from the options volume tier calculations within ISE’s Pricing Schedule. Specifically, ISE will exclude December 3rd from any member's monthly ADV calculations and any other applicable options volume tier calculation provided for in its Pricing Schedule. In addition, ISE will exclude December 3rd from any member’s monthly ISE Market Maker Plus tier calculations. ISE will only remove the day for members that would have a lower volume tier calculation or lower ISE Market Maker Plus tier calculation with the day included. ISE will not exclude December 3rd from cumulative monthly volume tiers. |
