ISE Participant UAT Details

Nasdaq ISE (ISE) will provide participants with three Saturday UAT sessions that will take place 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. ET on the following dates:

• May 6, 2017
• May 13, 2017
• May 20, 2017

All INET protocols and market data feeds will be available during these UAT sessions.

Below are specific scenarios that will be available during the UAT sessions:

• Opening Process ensues for all symbols at 9:30 a.m.
• All symbols will be updated with OPRA data.
• AAPL will halt at 10:00 a.m. and re-open at 10:15 a.m. ET.
• SPY and QQQ are designated as “High Traffic” symbols for participants who wish to interact with other market participants.

Conformance Testing

As previously announced in Options Technical Update #2017-13, conformance testing is required for FIX, SQF and OTTO in the Nasdaq Test Facility (“NTF”) environment prior to participants gaining full production access to ISE. Conformance scripts for certification are available.

Please note the availability of certain functionality has been changed and the conformance script has been updated to reflect the updated schedule.

The NTF environment is available to participants 16 hours a day from Monday to Friday, 4:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET. Technical support is available during normal working hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. ET. Production Connectivity

For participants who have not already requested production ports, the ISE Port Request Form is available and must be submitted to Nasdaq Subscriber Services to gain production access to ISE. Nasdaq Subscriber Services will provide IP and connectivity details as participants request ports and have initiated the required conformance testing.

Pre-Production Availability for ISE

In an effort to assist customer testing and pre-launch preparation, ISE will make the ISE Pre-Production environment available on business days in addition to Saturday UAT availability as detailed below. Starting Monday, May 8, 2017, the Pre-Production environment will be available Monday to Thursday, between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. ET with customer support available between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. ET. In addition, the Pre-Production environment will be available on Fridays between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. ET.

Please note that Legacy T7, FIX and PrecISE will not be available in the Pre-Production environment during the Monday to Friday testing hours. SQF, OTTO, FIX Drop, CTI and Market Data Feeds will be available.
