Citibank NA, as Depositary, has announced a ratio change for China Lodging Group, Limited American Depositary Shares (HTHT) to be effective at the open of business on Friday, May 25, 2018. The ratio change is concurrent with a four-for-one (4-1) stock split payable on May 24, 2018 to shareholders of record on May 21, 2018. The ADR ratio will change from one (1) ADS representing four (4) Ordinary Shares (1:4) to one (1) ADS representing one (1) Ordinary Share (1:1).
