At a special meeting on April 17, 2019 the shareholders of OncoMed Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (OMED) approved a merger with Mereo BioPharma Group plc. The merger was completed today, Tuesday, April 23, 2019, prior to the market open. As a result, the common stock of OncoMed Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (OMED) will be suspended from trading.
