The business combination of Bison Capital Acquisition Corp. (BCAC/W/R/U) and Xynomic Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is expected to be completed today, Tuesday, May 14, 2019. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Ordinary Shares (BCAC) and Warrants (BCACW) will undergo a name, symbol, and CUSIP number change and the company's Rights (BCACR) and Units (BCACU) will be suspended from trading. The new company will be incorporated in Delaware. The rights will be exchanged into common stock at a ratio of one (1) common stock for each ten (10) rights held. These actions will become effective on Wednesday, May 15, 2019.
