The business combination of Schultze Special Purpose Acquisition Corp. (SAMA, SAMAW, SAMAU) and Clever Leaves Holdings Inc. became effective prior to the market open today, Friday, December 18, 2020. As a result the Common Stock, Warrants, and Units will be suspended from trading. In anticipation of the closing SAMA, SAMAW, SAMAU were halted immediately following the after-hours session at 8 p.m. on December 17, 2020, these three issues will remain halted on the day of closing (December 18th) and will be suspended effective December 21, 2020.
