The tender offer by Bald Eagle Acquisition Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Eli Lilly & Company, to acquire all of the outstanding shares of Dermira, Inc. (DERM) expired at one minute after 11:59 PM on Wednesday, February 19, 2020. The subsequent merger became effective prior to the open of trading today, Thursday, February 20, 2020. In anticipation of the closing, the stock was halted immediately following the after-hours session at 8 p.m. on February 19, 2020.
