The business combination of Pensare Acquisition Corp. (WRLS/U/W/R) and Stratos Management Systems, Inc. has been completed. As a result the company's Common Stock (WRLS) and Warrants (WRLSW) will undergo a name, symbol, and CUSIP number change and the company's Units (WRLSU) and Rights (WRLSR) will be suspended from trading. The combined company will be named American Virtual Cloud Technologies, Inc. (AVCT). These actions will become effective at the open of business on Wednesday, April 8, 2020.
