The business combination of Wealthbridge Acquisition Limited (HHHH/U/W/R) and Scienjoy Holding Corporation has been completed. As a result the company's Ordinary Shares (HHHH) and Warrants (HHHHW) will undergo a name, symbol, and CUSIP number change and the company's Units (HHHHU) and Rights (HHHHR) will be suspended from trading. The combined company will be named Scienjoy Holding Corporation (SJ/SJOYW). These actions will become effective at the open of business on Monday, May 11, 2020.
