The business combination of Forum Merger III Corporation (FIII/W/U) and Electric Last Mile, Inc. became effective today, Friday, June 25, 2021. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Common stock (FIII) and Warrant (FIIIW) will undergo a change of name, symbol, and CUSIP number. In conjunction with the change of name, the common stock and warrant will list on the Global Select Market. The unit (FIIIU) will be suspended from trading. These actions will become effective on Monday, June 28, 2021.
