The business combination of Revolution Acceleration Acquisition Corp (RAAC/W/U) and Berkshire Grey, Inc. became effective today, Wednesday, July 21, 2021. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Class A Common stock (RAAC) and Warrant (RAACW) will undergo a name, symbol, and CUSIP number change and the company's Units (RAACU) will be suspended from trading. In conjunction with the change of name, the new issues will list on the Global Select Market. These actions will become effective on Thursday, July 22, 2021.
