The business combination of Seaport Global Acquisition Corp. (SGAM/W/U) and Redbox Entertainment Inc. closed today, Friday, October 22, 2021. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Class A Common stock (SGAM) and Warrants (SGAMW) will undergo a name, symbol, and CUSIP number change and the company's Units (SGAMU) will be suspended from trading. In conjunction with the effectiveness of the business combination, the combined company will trade on the Nasdaq Global Market. These actions will become effective on Monday, October 25, 2021.
