The business combination of Acamar Partners Acquisition Corp. (ACAM/W/U) and CarLotz, Inc. is anticipated to become effective today, January 21, 2021. As a result, the combined company will be named CarLotz, Inc. and the company's Class A common stock (AMAC) and warrants (AMACW) will undergo a name, symbol, and CUSIP number change. The company's Units (ACAMU) will be suspended from trading. In conjunction with these changes, the Class A Common Stock and Warrant will have a market tier change to the Nasdaq Global Market. These actions will become effective on Friday, January 22, 2021.
