The business combination of ITHAX Acquisition Corp (ITHX/W/U) and Mondee Holdings, Inc. closed today, July 18, 2022. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Class A Ordinary Shares (ITHX) and Warrants (ITHXW) will undergo a name, symbol, and CUSIP number change and the company's Units (ITHXU) will be suspended from trading. In addition to these changes the combined company re-domiciled from Cayman Islands to Delaware and will list on the Nasdaq Global Market. These actions will become effective on July 19, 2022.
