The business combination of Vahanna Tech Edge Acquisition I Corp. (VHNA/W/U) and Roadzen, Inc. closed today, Wednesday, September 20, 2023. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Ordinary shares (VHNA) and Warrants (VHNAW) will undergo a name, symbol and CUSIP number change. The company's Units (VHNAU) will be suspended from trading. The combined company's Ordinary Shares will remain on the Nasdaq Global Market and the Warrants will move to the Capital Market.
