The business combination of OmniLit Acquisition Corp. (OLIT/W/U) and Syntec Optics, Inc. closed today, Tuesday, November 7, 2023. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Class A Common Stock (OLIT) and Warrants (OLITW) will undergo a name change to Syntec Optics Holdings, Inc. along with a symbol, and CUSIP number change and the company's Units (OLITU) will be suspended from trading.
