The business combination of Feutune Light Acquisition Corporation (FLFV/R/W/U) and Thunder Power Holdings, Inc. closed today, June 21, 2024. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Class A Common stock (FLFV) will undergo a name and symbol change and will be redesignated as Common Stock. The CUSIP# will not change as a result of this transaction. The combined company's Warrants will not be listed on Nasdaq. Feutune Light Acquisition Corporation Warrants (FLFVW) Rights (FLFVR) and Units (FLFVU) will be suspended from trading. These actions will become effective on June 24, 2024.
