The business combination of Oxus Acquisition Corp. (OXUS/W/U) and Borealis Foods Inc. closed today, February 7, 2024. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Class A Ordinary Shares (OXUS) and Warrants (OXUSW) will undergo a name, symbol and CUSIP number change and will be re-domiciled to Canada. The company's Units (OXUSU) will be suspended from trading. These actions will become effective on February 8, 2024.
