U.S. Market Holiday Reminder - Independence Day

What you need to know:

Nasdaq would like to remind firms that its U.S. equity and options markets will be closed on Monday, July 4, 2016, in observance of Independence Day.

Nasdaq European markets will observe a normal business day on Monday, July 4, 2016.

Nasdaq Futures, Inc. (NFX) will be open for business for a shortened session on Monday, July 4, 2016. (Open Session is Sunday, July 3rd, commencing at 7:00 p.m. EPT until Monday, July 4th, at 1:00 p.m. EPT). Regular trading hours are in effect for the open of trading on Monday, July 4th at 7:00 p.m. EPT. Both trading sessions are for trade date, Tuesday, July 5, 2016.

In observance of U.S. Independence Day, the U.S. Treasury Market will have a recommended 2:00 p.m. ET early close on July 1st and a full close on Monday, July 4th and reopen at 7:30 P.M. ET on July 4th.
