REMINDER: Introducing Nasdaq Corporate Action Alerts

Effective Monday, July 31, 2017 Nasdaq will begin using Corporate Action Alerts, in place of Equity Trader Alerts, to announce upcoming Corporate Actions on Nasdaq-listed securities. Examples of the information that will be disseminated via Corporate Action Alerts include:

•Reverse splits

• Mergers

• Spin-offs

• Other complex reorganizations

To ensure you receive Corporate Action Alerts please login to Nasdaq Alerts and add this new alert type to your subscription. Instructions are available below.

Update Your Nasdaq Alert Preferences

Nasdaq Alerts are time-critical communications designed to inform customers of activities like system status, trading halts, regulatory notifications, product updates, pricing changes and market data news for all Nasdaq exchange. Customize your Alert settings to make sure you receive only the alerts that are relevant to your business.

Nasdaq Alert Update Instructions:

•New Account?

Click on Create an Account and follow the steps to create a Nasdaq Alerts Account. Select only the Alerts that are applicable to your business.

•Forgot your User Name?

Click on Forgot my login and you will receive an email with your login information.

•Forgot your Password?

Click on Forgot my passwordand after answering a security question, you will receive an email with your password hint.
