Nasdaq Production system will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) for general customer testing this Saturday, May 15, 2021. A complete list of products and systems available during the test and the full list of Saturday testing dates can be found on the Saturday Testing Policy Page.

In addition to regular testing on Saturday, May 15, the following new functionality will be available for market participant testing:

• Nasdaq Opening Auction Enhancements

Nasdaq Opening Auction Enhancements

As announced in Equity Trader Alert #2021-29 , Nasdaq will be introducing enhancements to the Opening Auction process. The enhancements include the early dissemination of opening auction imbalance information at 9:25 a.m. ET, along with increased flexibility to enter MOO and LOO orders between 9:25 a.m. – 9:28 a.m. ET. Opening Cross Timeline for Saturday Testing

9:25 a.m.

Early NOII dissemination begins

9:25:00 a.m. - 9:28 a.m.

MOO and LOO orders accepted

9:28 a.m.

Full NOII data dissemination begins

9:28:00 a.m. - 9:29:30 a.m.

LOO orders accepted subject to re-pricing to the
9:28 a.m. Reference Price or the security’s
previous day’s official Closing Price

9:30 a.m.

Opening process begins

Firms must register for Saturday testing by contacting Nasdaq Trading Services by 12:00 p.m. (ET), on the Friday prior to the Saturday test in which they would like to participate. The 2021 Saturday Test schedule can be found on the Saturday Testing Policy Page

The Nasdaq Test Facility is also available on a daily basis and allows firms to test their automated systems that integrate with Nasdaq's services.
