On Friday, September 25, 2020, AstraZeneca PLC will transfer the listing of its American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) and its US-listed debt securities identified below, from NYSE to the Nasdaq Bond Exchange and the Nasdaq Global Select Market respectively. The ADRs will be listed under the continued ticker symbol “AZN”.

The transfer will begin after market close on Thursday, September 24, 2020.

Nasdaq requests that market data redistributors retain historical data prior to the date of transfer.
