NASDAQ OMX Releases Final List of Market Tier Changes for January 2, 2009

What you need to know:
- As outlined in NASDAQ Vendor Alert #2008-103, NASDAQ OMXSM has conducted its annual review of listed companies to determine which firms are eligible to be included in the NASDAQ Global Select MarketSM.
- As a result of that review, NASDAQ OMX will be moving 65 issues from NASDAQ Global MarketSM to NASDAQ Global Select Market, effective January 2, 2009.
- The final list of market tier changes for January 2, 2009 is available for download from the NASDAQ OMX Trader® website.
