At a special meeting held on September 24, 2020, the shareholders of InnerWorkings, Inc. (INWK) approved a HH Global Group Ltd. The merger closed prior to the market open today, October 1, 2020. In anticipation of the closing, the stock was halted immediately following the after-hours session at 8 p.m. on September 30, 2020.
