Effective Monday, August 1, 2016, pending filing with the SEC, The NASDAQ Options Market LLC (“NOM”) and NASDAQ BX, Inc. (“BX Options”) will amend their current Options Regulatory Fees (“ORF”) to align to the regulatory expense profile of these markets. The NASDAQ PHLX LLC ORF will remain unchanged. The new NOM and BX ORF per contract will be as follows:
