Pursuant to Nasdaq ISE (ISE), Nasdaq GEMX (GEMX) and Nasdaq MRX (MRX) Options 2, Section 2, Market Maker quotations and orders must be submitted to the exchange only by Designated Trading Representatives (DTRs). Exchange members must keep DTRs updated and accurate. Exchange members are required to withdraw outdated or terminated DTRs with the Nasdaq Membership Department (the Department). Exchange members are reminded they must submit emails to Membership when registering and or withdrawing an individual’s DTR status. All emails must include the full name, CRD number and relevant market (ISE, GEMX and/or MRX) for each individual for whom the member is requesting to register (or withdraw) as DTRs. This registration obligation and the exchange member’s compliance process should be documented in the member’s Written Supervisory Procedure Manual.
