NASDAQ to Merge Reg SHO Threshold List

NOTICE:

Effective Thursday, April 14, 2005, the addendum to the NASDAQ SHO Threshold Securities List, which has been posted on the Hot Topics section of the NASDAQ TraderSM website will be merged into the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Regulation SHO NASDAQ® Threshold Securities List, resulting in one list. The NASDAQ Threshold Securities List is available on NASDAQTrader.com through the following link:

Wednesday, April 13, 2005 will be the last day that NASDAQ will post a separate addendum list.
