What is changing?
Nasdaq is launching a new data feed ordering process. Highlights include:
- A modernized Data Feed Request Form that eliminates the System Application requirement
- This new form consolidates all legacy data feed order forms, including the Global Index Watch Request Form. For your convenience, the new Data Feed Request Form is accessible via the existing link.
- For all new requested Data Products and Services, a Service Order may be required. The Service Order will summarize products ordered, applicable use cases, terms and fees. Service Orders will not be required in order to add or change providers and service locations.
- Each Service Order will be subject to the applicable Global Data Agreement (GDA) and/or Canada Data Agreement (CDA). These terms are aligned with the current versions of the GDA and CDA that existing Customers/Distributors are subject to and will be used for all new products going forward.

When is this effective?
These changes go into effect on October 7, 2024.
How should I order new or additional data?
New and current Customers/Distributors should utilize the newly enhanced Data Feed Request Form. Submitted requests will be followed up by a Nasdaq representative. Once all required information is collected, a Service Order will be provided for execution.
Do I need to execute new agreements for existing Products or Services?
No. Customers/Distributors will not be required to enter into new agreements or Service Orders for Products/Services Customer/Distributor is currently subscribed to.
Do I need to submit a new request if I have already submitted one?
No. All requests submitted via the Data Feed Request form and System Application prior to October 7, 2024 will be processed in the same manner as they have been previously.
Does this impact ordering UTP data?
These changes do not impact ordering UTP data, as Nasdaq and the UTP are two separate and distinct parties. Please see UTP Plan for more information.
