Nasdaq Announces BX Name Change to Nasdaq Texas

What you need to know:

Nasdaq BX, Inc. will convert to a Texas limited liability company and change its name to Nasdaq Texas, LLC.

Equities: Nasdaq BX will be renamed to Nasdaq Texas, effective February 13, 2026.

Options: Nasdaq BX Options will be renamed to Nasdaq Texas Options, effective February 13, 2026.


What is changing?

On February 13, 2026, Nasdaq BX, Inc. will convert to a Texas limited liability company and change its name to Nasdaq Texas, LLC. All references to “Nasdaq BX” or “BX” will be changed to “Nasdaq Texas” or “NTX.”

All existing contracts with Nasdaq BX, Inc. will continue to be valid and enforceable under Nasdaq Texas, LLC following the name change.

The terms “Nasdaq Texas Options” and “NTX Options” shall refer to the Nasdaq Texas Options market. Please note that options and equities industry identifiers are not impacted by this change. The identifiers that were utilized prior to the name change will persist.

All “Nasdaq BX” references, including product names, product pages, price lists, policies, and billing, will be updated to reflect the new name.

Are there any technical changes required?

No technical changes are required. Only product names and other Nasdaq BX references will be changed to “Nasdaq Texas”.

Will my billing change?

No, billing will not change. You may see a change on your invoice with line items referencing “Nasdaq Texas” if you are a current Nasdaq BX product customer.
