The tender offer by Franklin Acquisition Sub, Inc., a Delaware corporation and a wholly owned subsidiary of Amgen Inc. (AMGN) to acquire all of the outstanding common stock of Five Prime Therapeutics, Inc. (FPRX) expired at one minute after 11:59 p.m. ET, on April 15, 2021. The subsequent merger closed prior to the market open on April 16, 2021. In anticipation of the closing, the stock was halted immediately following the after-hours session at 8 p.m. on April 15, 2021.
