The business combination of American Acquisition Opportunity Inc. (AMAO/W/U) and Royalty Management Holding Corporation closed today, Friday, November 3, 2023. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Common stock (AMAO) and Warrants (AMAOW) will undergo a name and symbol change and the company's Units (AMAOU) will be suspended from trading. These actions will become effective on Monday, November 6, 2023. Please note there will be no change to the CUSIP number.
