The business combination of Monterey Capital Acquisition Corporation (MCAC/R/W/U) and ConnectM Technology Solutions, Inc. closed today, Friday, July 12, 2024. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Common stock (MCAC) will undergo a name, symbol and CUSIP number change. The company's Warrants (MCACW), Rights (MCACR) and Units (MCACU) will be suspended from trading, the combined company's warrant will NOT be listed on Nasdaq. These actions will become effective on Monday, July 15, 2024
