At a special meeting held on October 17, 2024, the shareholders of Sharecare, Inc. (SHCR & W) approved the proposed merger with Altaris, LLC. The merger is tentatively scheduled to close prior to the market open on October 22, 2024. In anticipation of the closing, the stock will be halted immediately following the after-hours session at or around 7:50 p.m. October 21, 2024.
