BNY Mellon, as Depositary, has announced a ratio change for Opera Limited American Depositary Shares (OPRA) to be effective at the open of business on Friday, December 6, 2024. Due to a one (1) for two (2) reverse split of the ordinary shares the ADS ratio will change from one (1) ADS representing two (2) Ordinary Shares (1:2) to one (1) ADS representing one (1) Ordinary Share (1:1). There is no split of the ADR.
