At a special meeting held on December 20, 2024, the shareholders of Manitex International, Inc. (MNTX) approved the proposed merger with Tandano Ltd. The merger is tentatively scheduled to close prior to the market open on January 2, 2025. In anticipation of the closing, the stock will be halted immediately following the after-hours session at or around 7:50 p.m. on December 31, 2024.
