The business combination of Global Star Acquisition Inc. & K Wave Media, Ltd. (KWM) closed today, May 13, 2025. As a result of the business combination, the combined company will list the Ordinary Shares (KWM) and the Warrants (KWMWW) on Nasdaq Global Market and Nasdaq Capital Market, respectively. Each share of pre-business combination Global Star Acquisition Inc. (OTC: GLST) will be exchanged for one of a share of K Wave Media, Ltd. Ordinary Shares (Nasdaq: KWM). Each warrant of pre-business combination Global Star Acquisition Inc. (OTC: GLSTW) will represent the right to purchase shares of KWMW common stock on the same terms and conditions of Warrant.
