The business combination of FTAC Emerald Acquisition Corp. & Fold Holdings, Inc. (FLD & FLDDW) closed Friday, February 14, 2025. As a result of the business combination, the combined company will list the Class A Common Stock (FLD) and the Warrants (FLDDW) on Nasdaq Capital Market.
