As announced in Equity Trader Alert #2024 -86, Nasdaq U.S. equities markets, options markets, and the FINRA/Nasdaq TRFs. will be closed on Thursday, January 9, 2025, in observance of the passing of President Jimmy Carter.

As oulined in Equity Corporate Actions Alert #2024 - 632, Thursday, January 9, 2025 is not a valid trade date. It will be considered a valid settlement date and all trades executed on Wednesday, January 8, 2025 will settle in the usual manner on Thursday, January 9, 2025.

All trades on Friday, January 10, 2025 will settle on the normal settlement date of Monday, January 13, 2025.

As a result of the market closure on Thursday, January 9, 2025 all stocks which would normally have been ex-dividend on Thursday, January 9, 2025 (with a record date of Thursday, January 9, 2025), shall be ex-dividend on Friday, January 10, 2025. All stocks with a record date of Friday, January 10, 2025, will be ex-dividend on January 10, 2025.
