    As previously announced, the UTP and CTA/CQ Plans will be replaced by the CT Plan in a transition expected to occur in early 2027. The CT Plan will serve as the new national market system (“NMS”) Plan to govern the public dissemination of real-time consolidated core equity market data for NMS stocks.


    In preparation for this transition, the CT Plan has established a mailing list to provide ongoing communications regarding the implementation of the CT Plan and other related matters. To ensure that you continue to receive important updates with the new plan, you are encouraged to subscribe to the CT Plan mailing list.


    Future communications concerning the transition from the UTP and CTA Plans to the CT Plan will be distributed through the CT Plan mailing list. Eventually, UTP and CTA will cease communicating information to the public. Information disseminated will include:

  • Updates from the CT Plan Operating Committee
  • Transition timelines and implementation milestones
  • News and announcements, including press releases and quarterly progress reports

    • Subscribe to the CT Plan mailing list.
