What you need to know:Nasdaq will modify the transmission schedule for PHLX, NOM and BX Options market data feeds effective Friday, February 26, 2016. Nasdaq will move up the dissemination times of the Start of Message process by two hours for PHLX, NOM and BX Options proprietary data feeds, to 4:00 a.m., ET.

What is being announced?
Nasdaq will modify the transmission schedule for the PHLX, NOM and BX Options proprietary data feeds. Effective Friday, February 26, 2016, Nasdaq will move up the Start of Message (System Event Code āOā) dissemination time by approximately two hours, to 4:00 a.m., ET.
This change only affects the start-up time of the data feeds. Heartbeat messages will be disseminated until the Start of System Hours. The Start of System Hours (System Event Code āSā) will remain the same, at 7:00 a.m., ET.
What data products are impacted?
Nasdaq will move up the dissemination time of Start of Messages on the following data feeds:
- PHLX Depth of Market
- Top of PHLX Options (TOPO)
- PHLX Orders
- PHLX Glimpse
- Best of Nasdaq Options (BONO)
- Nasdaq ITCH to Trade Options (ITTO)
- Nasdaq Options Glimpse
- BX Options Top of Market (BX Top)
- BX Options Depth of Market (BX Depth)
- BX Options Glimpse

Why is Nasdaq making this change?
The earlier start of PHLX, NOM and BX Options will better align the Nasdaq Options Markets with Nasdaq's three equity markets. The earlier start of the data feeds will give customers additional time to test connectivity and identify issues before the Start of System Hours.
