Shareholders of Duck Creek Technologies, Inc. (DCT) met on March 28, 2023 and voted to approve the merger of the company with and into Disco Merger Sub, Inc., a direct, wholly owned subsidiary of Disco Parent, LLC. The subsequent merger became effective prior to the open of business on March 30, 2023. In anticipation of the closing, the stock was halted following the after-hours session at 8:00 p.m. ET on March 29, 2023.
