Nasdaq Updates Pricing Effective September 1, 2015

On Tuesday, September 1, 2015, pending filing with the SEC, the following pricing modifications applicable to Tapes A, B, and C will be effective on Nasdaq.

To qualify for the $0.0025 per share executed midpoint rebate Members must add 5 million shares of midpoint liquidity and add 8 million shares of non-displayed liquidity.

The charge for LIST orders in Tape B securities that execute in the NYSE Arca closing process will now be $0.0005 per share executed.

The following two routing related fee caps will no longer apply:

  1. The total charges for DOT or LIST orders that execute in the NYSE opening process or reopening process and LIST orders that execute in the NYSE Arca opening process and NYSE Amex opening process shall not exceed $5,000 per month provided the member adds customer and/or professional liquidity in Penny Pilot Options and/or Non- Penny Pilot Options of 1.40% or more of national customer volume in multiply-listed equity and ETF options classes in a month as pursuant to Chapter XV, Section 2 of the NOM rules.

  2. The total charges for all LIST orders that execute in the NYSE Arca opening or re-opening process shall not exceed $10,000 per month.
