What is changing?
The NASDAQ Options MarketSM (NOM) and NASDAQ OMX BX OptionsSM (BX Options) are updating the FIX specification to include a new market order reject code in support of the April 8, 2013 implementation of Limit Up/Limit Down (LULD):

---|---|---|
0 | "MKT INVALID DURING LULD" | MKT Order cancelled or rejected due to underlying being in Limit Up Limit Down state. |
In addition, BX Options is updating the FIX specification to add Tag 79 AllocAccount to support the handling of Directed IFI information for New Order and Order Replace messages, pending SEC approval.
