At a special meeting held on Friday, November 2, 2018, shareholders of Easterly Acquisition Corp. (EACQ/W/U) approved the business combination with Sirius International Insurance Group, Ltd. As a result of this transaction, the currently listed common stock, warrant, and unit (immediately separable) of Easterly Acquisition Corp. will be suspended from trading after the close of business on November 5, 2018. The warrant of Sirius International Insurance Group, Ltd. will not list on Nasdaq. The surviving entity, Sirius International Insurance Group, Ltd. (SG) will begin trading on Nasdaq at the open of business on Tuesday, November 6, 2018. The suspension details are as follows:
