Draper Oakwood Technology Acquisition, Inc. (DOTA/DOTAW/DOTAR/DOTAU) has completed its previously announced business combination with Reebonz Holding Limited. In conjunction with the completion of this transaction, the company's Class A Common Stock (DOTA) and Warrants (DOTAW) will undergo name, symbol, and CUSIP number changes and the company's Rights (DOTAR) and Units (DOTAU) will be suspended from trading. The entity will be incorporated in the Cayman Islands from Delaware. These actions will be effective on Thursday, December 20, 2018.
