The business combination of Forum Merger Corporation (FMCI/W/R/U) and C1 Investment Corp became effective today, Thursday, February 22, 2018. With the effectiveness of the business combination, the Class A common stock (FMCI) and warrant (FMCIW) will be renamed ConvergeOne Holdings, Inc. The Unit (FMCIU) consisting of one (1) share of common stock, one (1) Right, and one-half (1/2) of a warrant, will be voluntarily separated and suspended from trading. The right (FMCIR) will be exchanged into common stock of ConvergeOne Holdings, Inc. and suspended from trading. Each right will be exchanged for 0.1 shares of common stock. The right will also be suspended from trading. The details of the name, symbol, & CUSIP changes are follows:
