GTY Technology Holdings Inc. (GTYH/GTYHW/GTYHU) has completed its previously announced business combination with Bonfire Interactive Ltd., CityBase, Inc., eCivis Inc., Open Counter Enterprises Inc., Questica Inc. and Questica USCDN Inc., and Sherpa Government Solutions LLC. In conjunction with the completion of this transaction, the company's Common Stock (GTYH) and Warrants (GTYHW) will undergo a CUSIP number change only and the company's Units (GTYHU) will be suspended from trading. The combined entity will be reincorporated from the Cayman Islands to Massachusetts. These actions will be effective on Wednesday, February 20, 2019. The details of the CUSIP changes are follows:
