The business combination of 8i Enterprises Acquisition Corp. (JFK/JFKKW/R/U) and Digital Innovative Limited is expected to be completed today, Wednesday, September 30, 2020. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Ordinary Shares (JFK) and Warrants (JFKKW) will undergo a name, symbol, and CUSIP number change and the company's Rights (JFKKR) and Units (JFKKU) will be suspended from trading. The rights will be exchanged into ordinary shares at a ratio of one (1) ordinary share for each ten (10) rights held. These actions will become effective on Thursday, October 1, 2020.
