The business combination of ArcLight Clean Transition Corp. (ACTC/W/U) and Proterra, Inc became effective today, Monday, June 14, 2021. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Common stock (ACTC) and Warrant (ACTCW) will undergo a change of name, symbol, and CUSIP number. The unit (ACTCU) will be suspended from trading. The new common stock and warrant will list on the Nasdaq Global Select market and the company will be incorporated in Delaware. These actions will become effective on Tuesday, June 15, 2021.
